We are concerned about the health, safety, and financial well-being of our members. Following the recommendations of the Governor and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are doing our part to limit the spread of the Coronavirus. In our efforts to keep members and employees safe, below are alternatives to visiting our offices:

  • Visit our virtual office at www.firepolicecu.org.

  • Members can make deposits into their accounts via the “drop box” at both locations.

  • Download our Mobile App – “RVA Fire Police Credit Union-Google Play/Richmond Virginia Fire Police Credit Union-The App Store”, by using our Mobile App, checks can be deposited safely and easily. Members must enroll in Online Banking before they are able to access the app.

  • Bill Pay –Send payments to others easily and securely. Members can access Bill Pay through Online Banking.

  • Debit Cards – Perform transactions using your RVA-FPCU account wherever “VISA” is displayed.

  • ATMs – Access funds at hundreds of terminals. Visit “www.cu24.org” to find an in-network terminal near you.

  • Credit Union Service Centers – As an extension of our office, visit a participating credit union or local service center location. Visit “co-opfs.org” to find a location near you.
